The Technical Reporting course covers all of the basic formats used by industries, businesses, and agencies on a day-to-day basis. These include process descriptions, procedure manuals, laboratory reports, proposals, feasibility studies, press releases, and research reports.

The learning plans in the study guide and the accompanying video lessons will take the student through the fundamental components of all formats.

Technical Reporting is not a basic writing course. It builds on the skills students have learned in other writing courses or in career/life experience.
